Please read, and AGREE, before proceeding.

Rules/Procedures for Purchasing Used Equipment:

 

1.      All items listed for sale on the Tombigbee Electric Power Association (TEPA) website will include a suggested sales price.  Offers other than the suggested price may be considered.

2.      All items offered for sale are used.  As such, all items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” without any warranties of any kind, all warranties of any kind, actual, implied, or for fitness for any particular purpose or of merchantability, being specifically disclaimed.

3.      Offers will be considered on a first come first served basis until an offer is accepted.

4.      A Bill of Sale or Certificate of Title, where applicable, will be provided for all purchases, once payment has been verified and accepted.

5.      All initial inquiries about the equipment must be submitted through the email box.

6.      All arrangements for sales must be handled through the email box designated for Equipment Sales.  NO PHONE CALLS TO THE OFFICE REQUESTING INFORMATION ABOUT EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ACCEPTED.

7.      If appropriate, an opportunity will be provided for the prospective purchaser to view the item for sale.  This appointment will be scheduled by request through the email mail box.

8.      All purchase offers must be submitted via the TEPA email box …no phone offers will be considered or accepted.  A TEPA representative will respond to your offer and/or request to view the item for sale and schedule an appointed time.

9.      Payment for purchases shall be by cash, money order or cashier’s check.
