Green Power Switch GENERATION PARTNERS© - TVA, TEPA and other participating power companies offer consumers an additional opportunity to help protect the environment—a program called Green Power Switch Generation Partners. "Good Friends", a special project of TEPA, gives members an avenue to help their friends. The fund is created to assist TEPA members (or persons residing at an address served by TEPA) who find themselves in an emergency situation such as hospitalization, a job layoff, or death of a family member, etc. Monies contributed through this program will be used for utility expenses, and may also be used for food, clothing, and medical expenses. HOT WATER HEATER – A customer receives $120.00 credit on their account for purchasing a 30 gallon or larger
electric hot water heater (random inspections).

NEW HOME REBATES -TEPA will credit one’s account $250.00 and TVA will give a $200.00 credit for customers that go all electric. $100.00 is added if one installed a lifetime hot water heater in a new home.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM -TEPA offers seven high school juniors from area high schools to attend a three day work shop in Jackson, Ms. in
February; then a week’s trip to Washington, D.C.(in June) to attend the national convention. Contact your high school guidance counselor for more information.
